Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order is placed we can no longer cancel your order. For PREORDER items, sizes can be swapped one time before your order ships. To request this please submit changes to our chat feature located on the website. PRESALE and RTS items are final. We cannot swap sizes nor cancel orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to inform us of any defects or issues. Emails must be sent to support@cozco.shop along with pictures showing the damage. If the item is not available to be replaced we will issue a store credit.

Returned items
If any orders are returned to sender they will be refunded minus the shipping fee. Items must be unopened and returned in original packaging with tags attached.
